Vonzó szem, izmos test, formás és klassz méret – miért ne lenne jó vele az ágyban? Pedig a külső és a szerelem korántsem garancia a tökéletes szexuális élményre, a beteljesülésre, az orbitális orgazmusra. Mert a pasi is hibázhat. Sokszor. És talán nem is veszi észre…
- A férfiaknak tudni kell, mitől jó a szex, mivel és hogyan szerezhetnek örömet a kedvesüknek. A kielégítő szexuális csatározás nem pusztán a méretektől és a technikai tudástól függ – ahhoz, hogy a férfi remek szerető lehessen, nem árt, ha tisztában van néhány markáns hibával, amit, ha elkövet, nemcsak a vágyat öli meg, hanem hosszú távon a szerelmet is.
Ami tilos a férfiaknak az ágyban…
Izzadtan soha!
Ne akarj akkor szeretkezni, ha megizzadtál – munkából vagy futásból hazaérve! Tévhit, hogy a nők szeretik az erőteljes savanykás férfi szagot. Ugyan ilyen zavaró, ha fokhagymás lehelettel közelítesz partneredhez.
Ittasan ne vidd ágyba!
Az ital oldja a gátlásokat, mégis… sokszor pont az ellenkező hatást érheted el vele. Azt leszámítva, hogy korántsem felüdítő élmény egy kocsmaszagú szájat csókolni, még merevedési zavart is okozhat. Ha túl sokat iszol, péniszed megmakacsolja magát, és bárhogy is szeretnéd, nem áll fel, vagy ha igen, túl puhány lesz egy igazi csatához. És ha még sikerül is, kedvesed számára az ilyen szex nem élvezet, hanem kínos kötelesség lesz.
Ne csak reggel akarj szexelni!
Tény, hogy a tesztoszteron szinted reggel, ébredés után majd húsz százalékkel az átlagos szint felett áll – és ezzel együtt bizonyos testrészed is, mely kielégülésre vár. Természetes, hogy inkább ilyenkor kívánod meg a partnered, de ha „áldozatod” elutasít, annak is megvan az oka: a női test reggel még nem ennyire friss: nagyon mély álomból ébred – s vele együtt a vágyért felelős hormonok is.
Ne felejtsd el a csókokat!
A legtöbb pasi csak a kapcsolata elején csókolózik „rendesen”, minél tartósabb a viszony, annál inkább leszokik róla. A romantika a férfiak zöménél csak az újdonság, a „prédaszerzés” iránti vágy arzenálja, aminek egyik hatékony eszköze a csók. Ezt az állapotot pedig igyekszik mielőbb letudni, minél hamarabb célba érni. Bármennyire is távol áll tőled (ahogy a férfiak nagy részétől) a romantika, „erőltesd meg magad”, mert ez a nőnek nagyon fontos. Legalább a szexuális előjáték repertoárjában találja meg a helyét a csók.
Bármilyen meglepő, a férfiaknak igen sok problémájuk van a szexszel. Egy felmérés tanúsága szerint a 20 és 40 év közöttiek 54 százaléka szenved potenciazavarokban, 44 százaléka korai magömlésben, 17 százaléka orgazmusnehézségekben, 15 százaléka szexuális érdektelenségben. Gátlásaik legfőbb oka az, hogy legbensőbb kívánságaikat elhallgatják. Emellett sokan még csak nem is ismerik saját testük működését.
Ne beszélj az exeidről!
És főleg, ne méltasd csodás testüket és az ágyban nyújtott fantasztikus teljesítményüket. Párodat kellemetlenül érinti, ha arról beszélsz, milyen szeretők voltak az elődei. Már csak azért is, mert joggal tarthat attól, hogy a későbbiekben róla is hasonló módon fogsz beszélni. És, hogy ez mennyire vágyölő…
Kerüld a visszaigazoló kérdéseket?
Ahogy a nőnek, úgy neked is tilos a „Milyen voltam?”, „Te is elmentél?” és hasonló önbizalomhiányból eredő kérdések. Ha ilyen „szükségtelen” kérdésekkel bombázod partneredet a szexuális aktus után, ő úgy érezheti magát, mintha vizsgáztatnád. Vedd le a jelzéseiből, mennyire élvezte az együttlétet és elégedett volt-e veled!
Ne pornózz mértéktelenül!
Ha „éjjel-nappal” pornót nézel, kedvesed egy idő után nem vággyal fűtött lesz, hanem ideges. Bármennyire is kíváncsiak a nők, a túlzásokat nem szeretik. Nézzétek inkább együtt – annyi ideig, hogy mindketten kedvet kapjatok.
Ne vidd túlzásba az onanizálást!
Sok nő érzi magát mélyen sértve, amikor rájön, hogy partnere mellette rendszeresen önkielégítést végez. Míg a fiatal és a társtalan férfiaknál ez természetes, jó párkapcsolatban és szexuális élet mellett elég zavaró és a kedves számára bántó lehet.
Mondják: minél többször használod, annál edzettebb lesz. Ez így igaz, mint ahogy az is, egy hosszú párkapcsolatban az önkielégítés – és a közben végzett fantáziálgatás – változatosságot jelent.
Ettől függetlenül ne vidd túlzásba – főleg, ha párod tud erről (netán rajta kap), mert ezzel olyan kérdéseket indíthatsz el benne („Nem kielégítő a szexuális életünk?” „Nem talál már elég vonzónak”), ami önértékelési zavarokhoz, és kiábrándult szexhez vezethet.
Ne legyél gyors csődör!
Avagy ne feledkezz meg a szeretkezés szakaszairól. A jó szex mindig előjátékkal kezdődik, amely, ha kellő időt szánsz rá (márpedig, szánnod kell rá!) magába foglalja egymás vetkőztetését, cirógatását, az erogén zónák és intim testrészek ingerlését. Ezt a legtöbb férfi általában néhány perc alatt letudja, pedig a nőknek lényegesen több időre van szükségük a megfelelő izgalmi állapot eléréséhez. A férfiak jelentős része nem tudja, vagy nem akarja tudomásul venni, hogy előjáték nélkül a nők csupán harmada képes eljutni az orgazmusig.
A következő lépés maga az aktus, ami csúcsán bekövetkezik az orgazmus – szerencsés esetben mindketten egyszerre élitek át a gyönyört, de a legtöbb szerelmeskedés a férfi ejakulációjával zárul.
Az aktus után a nemi feszültség csökken, a test ellazul. Az utójáték kellemes simogatással, csókokkal zárja le a szeretkezést. Sok férfi erről a szakaszról is megfeledkezik, vagy ha gondol is rá, elkapkodja.
Ha dühös vagy, inkább ne szexelj!
A nőknek ugyanis nagyon fontos a biztonság. Ha az érzelmes nő lelki (vagy fizikai) pofonokat kap, nem tud az ágyban megfelelő szerelmet, odaadást nyújtani. Van, akit feltüzel a vita, és jól esik az édes kibékülés az ágyban, de sokan nem képesek ilyenkor az ellazulásra, nem tudják elfelejteni a sérelmeiket.
Ne erőltesd az orális szexet!
Bár korántsem perverz, hanem teljesen természetes igény a férfiak részéről az orális szex utáni vágy, mégis van olyan nő, aki soha, vagy csak nagyon ritkán teszi meg. Ha te is ebben a cipőben jársz… Mindenesre csak szavakkal kérd ezt tőle, ne kezd el a péniszedre nyomni a fejét, mert akkor aztán végképp idegenkedni fog tőle. Ha magától nem jut eszébe (sok nő félénk), első lépésként kérd meg, hogy csak egy puszit adjon a férfiasságodra, aztán majd lépésről lépésre haladjatok előre.
Ne zsarold meg, ha valamit nem akar!
Ne kényszerítsd olyan szexre, amit nem akar. A pasik számára igen vonzó az anális szex – hiszen a végbélnyílás szűk, és intenzívebb a szorítás a behatolásnál és a különféle mozdulatok közben, és így hamarabb kielégülhetnek. De! Ezt nem minden nő szereti, kívánja. Sőt! Van, akinek kimondottan fáj, és idegenkedik tőle. (A fertőzésveszélyről nem is szólva.)
Ugyanilyen ütközési pont lehet a kikötözős, alárendelt szerepes, többszereplős szex is, ha kedvesed nincs benne a dologban. És ami végképp tilos: ne zsarold azzal, hogy ha nem akar így vagy úgy együtt lenni veled, „kénytelen” leszel örömlányhoz menni!
Ne hanyagold el az utójátékot sem!
Bizonyára hálás vagy, ha a hancúrozást követő kimerültségedben partnered aludni hagy. Tény, hogy a férfiak az utójátékot nem igazán szeretik – sem csinálni, sem „fogadni”. Az viszont kevésbé érthető, ha te nem kényezteted tovább partneredet, – annál is inkább, mert a nők (a többségük legalábbis) szex után érzelmileg kissé túlcsordult állapotban vannak.
Szex után nem „illik”…
…azonnal a fal felé, vagy a másik oldalunkra fordulni, és rögtön horkolva elaludni, mintha az aktus csak altató lett volna.
…felpattanni, és azonnal kirohanni valamilyen céllal: kávét főzni, rágyújtani.
…minden gyengédséget visszautasítani (pl. a csókot, simogatást, gyengéd ölelést), amivel azt jelzed: „Hagyjál békén, elég volt!” Ez ugyanis azt jelenti, hogy a partner csak arra volt jó, semmi másra.
Néhány biztos tipp, amivel tuti leveheted a lábáról…
* Szánj elég időt az előkészületekre és az előjátékra (a vetkőzést se kapkodd el)! Teremtsd meg a megfelelő alkalmat: hangulatot.
* Ne essetek rögtön egymásnak! Fedezzétek fel egymás testét, ne siessetek, az ágy megvár.
* Az előjátékot ne mindig ugyanazokkal a mozdulatokkal, helyen és bevett szokásokkal csináljátok.
* Szánj elég időt a csókolózásra – hidd el megéri!
* Mindent a kéznek! Simogasd (és hagyd, hogy ő is simogasson) hosszú percekig, ezzel nemcsak a testét, hanem a lelkét is meghódíthatod.
* Ha már simogatás… A kezek játéka után simogasd péniszeddel párod hüvelynyílását. Ezzel szeretkezés közben éppen annyi szünetet tudtok tartani, hogy elnyújthasságok az orgazmus bekövetkezésének idejét.
